Interesting video and I can’t believe I’m the first to comment. Return-on-investment vs. return-on-involvement. There are different ways of “measuring” blogs by a few factors (comments/page views/links) but what does it really mean in the grand scheme of things? I’m still trying to figure that one out along with everyone else.

We’ve been calling it the Noise Factor. So far, clients don’t like that term.
